Refund policy

Digital goods, delivered over WhatsApp

Tune files and unlock services are digital products, delivered on our WhatsApp thread once your payment is confirmed. A delivered file cannot be handed back, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a file has been sent to you. Everything below is what we do instead.

When you get a refund

In full, without argument, if the file does not match its listing — wrong platform, wrong OS number, wrong controller or wrong content.

In full if you were charged twice for the same item, or charged for something you did not order.

In full if the download will not work and we cannot deliver you a working file.

In full if the item was withdrawn from the catalogue before you were able to download it.

When you do not

A file that is exactly what the listing described but did not deliver the result you hoped for. Tuning outcomes depend on the vehicle, the hardware and the installer.

A file damaged, edited or mis-flashed after download, or a failed write caused by the interface, the power supply or the procedure.

A purchase for the wrong vehicle where the listing stated platform, OS and controller correctly.

Requests made more than 30 days after the order date.

How to request one

Email us from the address your account is registered with. Include the order reference, the item, and one or two lines on what went wrong — that is enough.

We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually clear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the entitlement to that file is removed from the account.

Before you buy

Inspect your file first and check the platform, the OS number and the controller against the listing. If you are not certain a file matches your vehicle, ask us before you order — we would much rather answer a question than process a refund.

Inspecting a file

Inspecting a file to identify it, platform, OS and controller, is part of the app itself and is not a paid step. The refund terms above cover the Pro subscription and anything bought from the tune library.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback freezes the order while the provider investigates, which is slower for you than an email to us — and accounts used to charge back delivered files are closed.
